Welcome! This is the home page for LAMPcheck, a simple open source PHP pre-installation script that LAMP developers can configure and package with their own projects as a pre-installation test. End users can then use LAMPcheck to verify their LAMP installations for required versions and modules of Apache, MySQL, an PHP.
Easy to setup, template based output.
What can LAMPcheck do? If you’ve developed a PHP script that requires a certain LAMP environment, you can download this script, configure it for your requirements, and distribute it with your script as a simple check for your end users to test if their LAMP installation meets your application’s requirements.
The demo links below show a sample ‘Success’ and ‘Failed’ output of the script configured for a fictitious version of an Elgg installation (http://www.elgg.org )
